Refund policy
Easy Returns, Replacement, and Exchange Policy:
At DaMaar, our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. However, if any issues arise during delivery, we are here to assist you. Please follow the steps below to process returns, exchanges, cancellation or refunds:
Step 1: Replacement/Exchange Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products
β’ Report the Issue: Please contact our customer service at damaar.help@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the product. Ensure to include an unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect product from start to finish.
β’ Assessment & Return: Once we assess the issue, we will notify you on returning the product. Upon receiving the product in unused condition, with all its original tags, accessories, and the receipt, we will dispatch a replacement product within 2 days, subject to stock availability.
β’ Out-of-Stock Products: If the replacement is out of stock, you may choose any other product for exchange or opt for a full refund.
Step 2: Cancellation Policy
β’ Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped or fulfilled.
β’ After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Step 3: Refund Policy
β’ For refund Eligibility, If you follow the instructions in Step-1, we will initiate a refund under the following conditions:
β’ Exchanges/Replacement: No refund will be issued for any exchange or replacement without a valid reason. For damaged products, we will initiate a replacement.
β’ Refund Processing: The refund will be processed and may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
β’ Shipping Charge: A fixed shipping fee of Rs. 60 will be charged if the customer refuses to accept the original order with products eligible for replacement/exchange.
